Mmm, good barbecue is one my favorite things. The sweet and savory mix of sauce and meat is something that makes my heart go pitter patter. There just aren’t that many barbecue places in Vegas but I thought I would round up my list of the best barbecue in Las Vegas.

Rollin Smoke just does it right. They smoke their meat in hickory and serve it up with Southern style sides. Is anyone else a fan of waffle fries because Rollin Smoke makes the best waffle fries around. They have three locations in Las Vegas and are quickly becoming a Vegas restaurant staple.
Sin City Smokers
They started out with catering and now have a restaurant in Henderson so you can get some delicious barbecue right now. Have you ever tried a hot link quessadilla? No? Go to Sin City Smokers right now and get some of that deliciousness.
Road Kill Grill
Road Kill Grill started out in Vegas as John Mull’s Meats, a butcher shop serving up fresh cut meats but has quickly become a barbecue hot spot. This was actually one of the first barbecue spots that we tried in Las Vegas and it is still one of our favorites. The hot links are amazing and we usually take home a bag to cook at home.
Town Square is a popular spot to shop, dine and have fun. You can visit during the day for shopping and come back at night for the nightlife or catch a movie. But one our favorite spots inside Town Square is Pot Liquor, an awesome barbecue restaurant, and smokehouse. Grab a bite of the beef biscuit or pulled pork for an insanely tasty bite.
Jessie Rae’s BBQ
Don’t little the small exterior of this place fool you, the food is bursting with flavor. Their God sauce is hands down one of our favorite barbecue sauces and we’ve had a lot! Again, if you’re a lover of waffle fries, try the loaded in Vegas manic fries. You won’t regret it.
